My name is xxxx I’m 18 years old I was born in xxxx and I’m from a capital of Lao PDR Vientiane. My mother is Thai and my father is half Chinese-Laos but unfortunately he can’t speak Chinese so I only can speak three language currently which is English, Laos, Thai. I’m Graduated from Oscar International School with Upper secondary degree in English and Lao language.
At present, I have joined the female and youth council of Laos and when I was at school I used to donate with food and supplies to people with disabilities. Also, I learned about primary first aid and CPR from my brother-in-law and sister. They are Thailand’s rescue trainers. The top reason I want to study in China is because I want to learn the language and culture of China as well as business trade as the result of I heard that the business thing in China is very good and my father encouraged me to study in China also I want to study to develop my family business . We know that China and Laos have a strong relationship and China always comes to help Laos also Chinese people come to trade in Laos a lot based on the fact that Chinese people come to shop at my mother’s shop often moreover even though Lao had not completely developed yet but we luckily got help by China including Vang Vieng Expressway and China-Lao Railway. As I can see China had a lot of cutting-edge technology.

The stakeholders in this situation are apple company, apple consumers, the employees, and the fbi.

Use the attached sources to respond to the discussion.
The stakeholders in this situation are Apple Company, Apple consumers, the employees, and the FBI. If apple does indeed choose to work with the FBI, the privacy and security of the consumers are jeopardized. All the Apple consumers should trust that the company will take all measures to protect their privacy. If this was a potential terrorist attack, Americans would want their safety protected by the government. With this situation stakeholders has an influence on the decisions that Apple will make because of their support for the Apple products they invest in.
The decision that would benefit the greatest would be to not allow Apple to have a backdoor encryption implemented to gain access to anyone’s personal devices. If a backdoor, once created, could fall into the wrong hands and threaten the privacy of all iPhone owners (UMGC n.d, 2022). If Apple created a backdoor that had the ability to bypass all security measures, this would put its users at a security risk. Many people use their phones for keeping data like passwords to various accounts, and even personal medical information. Our mobile devices are small digital assistants that carry as much—if not more—very personal information as our desktop or laptop (LearnVest, 2021).
The decision that leads me to utilitarianism is to protect Apple users and their security and privacy. Utilitarianism is a moral principle that holds that the morally right course of action in any situation is the one that produces the greatest balance of benefits over harms for everyone affected (University, S. C. n.d, 2022). With this decision I believe that all the users will be very grateful. I do also think that national security is important as well, with this being said I would want law enforcement to try and do everything in their power to prevent this.
The outcome for me would be the same as utilitarianism. Unlike Utilitarianism, Rights theory is focused on an individual’s rights, not the betterment of society. It is concerned with treating people as an ends, not a means to an end (Approach, R. n.d., 2022) The fairness and justice approach I believe would be in the favor of the government that would approve of the government to access the devices of users needed for security investigation.

How to get your teams to work.

This week, your assignment is to apply all that you have learned, along with your ability to do research on how best to manage within the organizational context, to develop a plan to manage the performance of your work teams and the individuals of which those teams are composed. As you well know by now, only well performing teams actually yield the benefits associated with teams in the workplace, so it is paramount that you understand how to manage team performance. On the other hand, many of the contingencies that a manager controls are actually individually focused, and for this reason, we traditionally have been focused on evaluation of individuals in our review and incentive processes. Please note the potential for misalignment between individual evaluation and team performance. Your assignment is to develop a process that you could actually use to manage the performance of both teams and individuals in a workplace for which you have managerial responsibility. Remember that this must be submitted in PDF format and must make use of your course materials as well as library research.

Some possible starting points in your research:
